We are no longer waiting for the Flexential Datacenter to fix their issues. We are using a backup circuit we have for Disaster recovery. Changing IPs and DNS. Once done, we are calling all clients.

As of 2:29 PM ET we continue to work with the Crown Castle for the network outage at the Fort Lauderdale facility. We have engaged our account representative and opened cases regarding the event. We haven’t received any additional information from Crown Castle at this point. We will communicate again in two hours and have spun down the bridge while we wait for more information from the Crown Castle.
