Client acknowledges that not all cybersecurity breaches are preventable. Accordingly, GiaSpace expects and assumes that Client has in place state-of-the-art electronic, cybersecurity, data, and technology infrastructure protection systems, human expertise, and policies and business practices in place to protect Client from any exposure or breach thereof. GiaSpace shall not be responsible for any exposure and/or breach of Client’s systems in connection with providing Services hereunder, and hereby expressly disclaims any liability.
Third-Party Cybersecurity Software Statement
GiaSpace acknowledges that cybersecurity threats are continually evolving and that no system can be fully immune to potential breaches. Accordingly, GiaSpace provides managed IT services using industry-leading cybersecurity solutions that are developed, maintained, and updated by third-party vendors.
GiaSpace does not develop or own any of the cybersecurity software utilized in delivering its managed services. All cybersecurity software, including but not limited to endpoint protection, threat detection, firewall solutions, and monitoring tools, is sourced from third-party providers. GiaSpace implements and manages these solutions as part of its service offerings but does not bear responsibility for any inherent vulnerabilities, breaches, or failures of the third-party software.
Furthermore, while GiaSpace takes commercially reasonable measures to assist Clients in enhancing their security posture, Clients remain responsible for their overall cybersecurity strategy, policies, and adherence to best practices. GiaSpace expressly disclaims any liability for security breaches, data exposure, or damages resulting from cybersecurity threats, except as explicitly outlined in a separate agreement between GiaSpace and the Client.
