Block an email sender

You can block an email sender when you no longer want to see messages from it.
Follow these steps to block a sender:
- Right-click a message from the sender you want to block.
- Click Junk > Block Sender.
Please note that blocking the sender can still send you email; however, Outlook will automatically move messages from that sender to the Junk Email folder.
